In a factory workshop, guys stuff phones in pockets and worry about them falling out. Or they leave them on the workbench and worry about dust and scratches. In schools, exam proctors pass out numbered wristbands and hope nobody loses one. In gyms, members ask the front desk to hold their phone and then wonder if it’s still there when they get back.
This 30-door phone locker solves those problems. Users set their own 6-digit code. No keys to lose. No admin needed.
30 Door Employee Phone Locker Product Information
The cabinet has 30 individual compartments arranged in three columns. Each door opens to a 150mm × 150mm space — big enough for the largest phone on the market, case and all.
The unit stands 1800mm tall, 820mm wide, and 300mm deep. It sits against a wall and doesn’t take up much floor space. 30 doors are enough for a small production line or a classroom, and people don’t have to wait in line to store their phones.

Here’s how it works. Press the “Store” button. The system finds an empty door and assigns it to you. You set your own 6-digit code. When you come back, press “Retrieve,” enter your code, and the door pops open.
The code is one-time use. Next time you store, you set a new one. No trace left behind. No admin keys in daily use, no paper vouchers, no wristbands. The master key only comes out when someone forgets their code or for maintenance.
The cabinet body is made of cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating. The keypad is built to last — normal use won’t wear it out. All 30 doors operate independently. If one door has an issue, the other 29 keep working.
30 Door Employee Phone Locker Key Features
Self-Set 6-Digit PIN — No Keys to Lose
Traditional phone lockers use keys or wristbands. Lose one and you’re looking for the admin. This one doesn’t have that problem. You set your own code, use it once, and that’s it. No key management, no lost key headaches.
Worrying about someone watching you enter your code? Wipe the keypad after you’re done. In practice, this almost never comes up as a complaint.
Two Versions: Storage Only or With Charging
The base version is storage only. Phone goes in, door locks, that’s it.
The charging version adds a USB port inside each compartment. 5V/2A output. Phone charges while it’s stored, and it’s ready to go when you pick it up. Both versions look identical from the outside — you just specify which one you want when ordering.
The charging version uses standard USB ports. Type-C, Lightning, Micro-USB — whatever cable you have will work.
Cold-Rolled Steel, Built for Rough Environments
The cabinet is bent and welded from cold-rolled steel sheet, then powder-coated. It doesn’t chip from normal bumps, and it doesn’t visibly dent.
Factories, construction sites — these environments are fine for this cabinet. If you’re placing it outdoors or in a consistently damp area, mention it when ordering. An anti-rust reinforcement treatment can be applied.

Multiple Colors
White and blue are in stock and ready to ship.
Other colors — green, orange, yellow, red, gray, black, pink, brown — are available by custom order, MOQ 20 units. Different colors can help distinguish departments or purposes. For example, production in blue, QC in gray. You can tell at a glance which is which.
Master Key Backup
Daily use doesn’t need a key. But each cabinet comes with two master keys. If someone forgets their code or there’s a system fault, the master key opens any door.
The master keys should be kept with the shift supervisor or front desk — not stored on or inside the cabinet itself.
Application Scenarios
Factory Workshops
Workers store their phones before the shift starts, set their own codes, and pick them up when they clock out. The team leader doesn’t collect keys, doesn’t track who stored and who didn’t.
30 doors cover a small production line. If you have more people, put two cabinets side by side and use colors to tell them apart.
During operation, phones are stored in one place. They don’t fall into equipment, and they don’t get picked up by mistake. This problem comes up more often in practice than you’d think.

School Exam Rooms
Students line up before the exam, store their phones, set their own codes, and retrieve them after the exam. Proctors don’t get involved. No key management issues.
Some schools still use traditional key cabinets. Mid-exam, someone loses a key, and they’re looking for the spare. This cabinet doesn’t have that problem.
Gym Changing Rooms
Members store their phones in the cabinet, set their own codes, and retrieve them after the workout. The front desk doesn’t hold phones, and there are fewer disputes about lost phones.
Gyms tend to choose the charging version. Members work out for an hour and get some charge into their phones at the same time.
Construction Sites
Workers’ phones are stored in one place. The cabinet sits in the break area, kept away from dust and theft. Workers retrieve them when the shift ends. No dedicated person needed to manage it.
Dust is heavy on construction sites. The storage-only version is recommended — no charging ports, easier to blow clean. If you must have the charging version, plan to blow dust out regularly.
Call Centers / Customer Service Centers
Phones are stored during work hours to avoid distraction. Each seat corresponds to one compartment. Workers retrieve them at the end of the shift. Low management cost.
Some call centers place the cabinet at the entrance. Workers store phones on the way in, pick them up on the way out. No supervisor needed for the whole process.

FAQ
What if I forget my code?
Use the master key to open the door. In daily use, the code is one-time only, so there’s no issue of “forgetting a long-term password.” If forgetfulness is a frequent issue, put a simple note next to the cabinet reminding people to remember their code — that’s usually enough.
Will the largest phones fit?
150mm × 150mm per door. The largest phones currently on the market fit inside with their cases on. We’ve tested with an iPhone 15 Pro Max in a case — no problem.
If you need to store tablets, there’s a larger-door version with 300mm-wide compartments. Mention it when ordering.
Is the charging version safe?
Each compartment has an independent USB port, 5V/2A output. No fast-charge protocol, so it won’t stress the phone battery. The cabinet body is grounded. We recommend adding a residual-current circuit breaker on the power line — basic electrical safety.
Can we mix colors in one order?
Yes. Different cabinets in the same order can be different colors — for example, half white and half blue — to help distinguish departments or purposes.
Custom colors require confirming the color sample in advance. Screen display and actual powder-coat color will have some variance. The physical color sample is the standard.
